Lina and Judah are so well-suited for each other–a couple of old souls that fit together like two puzzle pieces made just to be together. We fell in love with their thoughtful, elegant, and classic style at their engagement session, and looked forward to their wedding for months and months! Their day finally came and it was so lovely, so happy… full of precious moments and seemingly effortless elegance.

We felt so honored when Lina and Judah asked us to photograph their wedding day, and so enjoyed getting to know them in the months leading up to their big moment. Although a brief but big storm took place along with the ceremony at St. Paul Catholic Church in New Bern, the clouds parted and we had the joy of capturing imagery on the beautiful grounds of Tryon Palace (where the girls got ready in the morning). The reception, at the North Carolina History Center at Tryon Palace, was full of happy, happy people, a great band (the Jangling Reinharts) and so much lively dancing, it was seriously fun to capture!

We loved the fun and thoughtful bars Lina and Judah created for the guests and just loved seeing so many people from around the world (a huge Italian delegation!) together, celebrating such a wonderful occasion.
